If a company states its values somewhere public and this dataset has missed it, paste the link.
The dataset is built from the companies in a corpus of product and design job adverts, so it grows on its own as that corpus does. Submissions cover the rest: a company the corpus has not reached, or one whose values sit on a page the automated pass did not find.
Paste the URL of a page where the company states its values in its own words — usually an About, Careers or Culture page. Links to Glassdoor, Comparably or an article about the company are not used, because the point of the dataset is what companies say about themselves.
Every submission is read by a person before anything is published, so nothing you paste appears on the site automatically.
